The Cosmopolitan I ordered was serced in a Prosecco glass which was half empty and I thought it hardly hardly had any alcohol in it considering the price was very disappointing. Same sort of comments for the people I was with for their drinks.

In Cairns City, 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station from my boyfriend&#39;s hotel, passing through a residential area, coming to this beautiful city center, finding a restaurant, the food here is quality, but a little fly in the ointment is that the service is a bit slow, But this desert yogurt can still make up for this slightly insufficient, will come next time.

Tha Fish is a very good seafood restaurant in Cairns. Whether it is oysters or Australian lobsters, it is definitely a big head, especially oysters. Every one has a fist size, the meat is full, and it is super enjoyable to eat. Australian lobster is also very good, but the price is expensive. But the chef&#39;s craftsmanship is also very good, not losing the taste of the big hotel.

The first meal in Cairns, a restaurant on the boat. The variety is limited, just Australian dragons, salmon, shrimp, oysters, but the amount is too big. The two people ate too much and did not have diarrhea the next day. It should be relatively fresh. I can still speak Cairns again, then I will definitely come back to this restaurant. Its location is close to the sea, the environment is particularly beautiful, and the air is very fresh. Splash Seafood Restaurant, this is a seafood restaurant that has been selected in the annual list of Ctrip Food Forest 2020. This store is also an old store in the local area, and it has a history of more than ten years.

A longed planned Birthday Trip culminating in surprise Whiskey Tasting at the Whiskey & Wine Bar Crystalbrook Cairns……. what a let down!  Inexperienced staff, who simply provided a book to select from, no sharing of knowledge of what was available or considered most popular or the best…  Selection made … a 12 yr old Japanese Yamazaki whiskey and a glass of wine.  The waitress came back 5 mins later to check ‘we knew the price’ as they didn’t want pour it otherwise.   It had the price in the book and yes I knew!  Whiskey and wine arrived and both enjoyed.  Ready to pick next one we waited for the waitress to come back, and waited and waited…. finally I caught the attention of a waiter…. apparently she had finished got the night.  Provided waiter with whiskey and Port selection.  The waiter came back 5 mins later to query which port as he had not written it down and had forgotten….. really two drinks   Another waiter brought the whiskey and no port? He asked again what was the second drink….. the port, which one….. you only offer one!! Oh dear   Not the venue if you want an experience more an up market pub… loud music, groups of 10+ younger people and staff who really not trained.  Planned an evening but left after two drinks.  Locals suggested @Three Wolves  Cairns a better choice for next time…..   Give this pretender a miss

We made a reservation for two people for 6:30 two weeks before arrival. Arrived and had to wait for 5 minutes before someone came to greet us at the entrance. Were taken to the worst seat in the venue. Meanwhile lots of twos seated at the front of the venue overlooking the water. Staff were very meh, not really that interested in providing friendly helpful service. I’ve stayed at the Flynn, Bailey and Riley many times. I use their restaurants and bars regularly. Was not impressed with the whiskey bar. Would probably not come again

I booked a 5pm table for myself and two interstate friends visiting the area, it is over priced but I booked it for the view. Being overpriced I expected to be able to show my friends an experience that was at least worth the money. Cocktails were ordered, they finally arrived and mine was missing the little jelly on the side that it comes with. I asked three people where it was. Was told twice that it was coming was finally told by the third that the jelly wasn’t ‘ready’ yet. It was 5pm on a Friday afternoon what kind of prep does your staff even do? Then we ordered a chartreuse board. Yikes, 3 tiny pieces of bread, 6 olives, 6 pieces of sun dried tomato and three pieces of ham, 2 salami. Not to mention the music from the guy downstairs was so loud we had to yell at each other. Over priced under delivered.

Cool bar, great selection of whiskeys, excellent staff and superb location overlooking the esplanade and Cairns waterfront.

Ohlala ! My hubby and I went to wiskey and wine to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and wahou . First of all the location is spectacular ! The staff are so talented! The cocktail was divine! So welcoming and friendly and so nice to chat with. And so much laugh.. they have to put an extra table because we order to much food ahahha 🤣.  They made us feel so special for that occasion . We were so spoiled. We will definitely be back soon ! But this time only one glass 🤣🍷 Thank you so much again for your amazing service Wiskey and Wine team !!! You are all the best! I booked a table asked to sit near glass wall to look over esplanade,  our table was at back of verandah. Walk in people get tables over looking esplanade why make a booking &amp; request, then you keep getting messages checking if you are keeping booking. Was not happy about start of afternoon there.

First of all we didn&rsquo;t know it&rsquo;s not a dining location. So keep that in mind, it&rsquo;s more a wine bar with some finger food. As we were planning to dine in, we wanted to order some food and asked for some recommendations but the waiter was not very helpful. We ordered the oysters and the focaccia with Parmesan cheese to start with.. the oysters were bad in taste and quality, and the focaccia was a bad tasting English sandwich. It&rsquo;s a nice location with view over the esplanade, but we would not come again. The service was bad, we ordered some water with our drinks and although it was not busy at all, the waiter forgot to deliver it. Also, we needed to confirm our reservation 2 times in advance of the evening, which is so exaggerated, and &lsquo;funny&rsquo; enough when we came in there was not even 15% occupied. This bar should have improve service rapidly, increase food quality as well as become more clear it&rsquo;s not a restaurant for dining. Otherwise it is set up for failure.

No Atmosphere. Crew still green, and no food options available despite been in close vicinity other venues in the hotel. Whiskey not included in menu so only  available at bar. No table ordering service, had to go to bar to order despite having set up a tab.
